You will need to estimate exposure times. There are a number of ways to do this.

• Start with the telescope aperture, and assume a reasonable telescope efficiency. In some cases efficiencies can be found on the instrument web pages. You should be able to get within a factor of 2 or so.
• Exposure time calculators for the 0.9m CFIM and 1.3m ANDICAM are available here.
• A simple but poorly documented exposure time estimator for the R-C spectrograph, an IDL procedure, is available here.
