CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for the SMARTS telescopes for the 2004A semester (February-July 2004)
are due by 5:00 PM November 14.

Telescopes and instruments available this semester are:
   0.9m + 2k imager
   1.0m + 4k imager (starting May 1)
   1.3m + ANDICAM
   1.5m + RC Spectrograph (February - April)
