In afternoon or during dinner: - Install 56/II grating setup - CONFIRM THAT THE GRATING TILT IS SET TO EXACTLY 22.90 - check focus - obtain at least 10 Zero frames - obtain at least 5, preferably 10, flat-field frames (projector or dome) Try to get a few good twilight spectra at the beginning (or end) of the night, but only if it would not interfere with observations of target stars. NOTE NOTE NOTE: Highest priority: NGC 6026: observe it one time tonight, as close as possible to 07:00 UT. Make sure to observe the 1++ and 1+ targets. During the rest of the night, select targets according to the listed priorities. There may be more targets than can be observed during the night. If there is time, observe some of the priority 1 targets both in the east and then observe the same star again later in the night in the west, separated by a few to several hours. However, the 3 novae only need to be observed once. Stars marked "sdB" can be observed several times during the night, separated by ~2 hours or more. If an exposure time is not listed, make an estimate based on the star's magnitude.
