The test will be designed to take approximately 1.5 hours.
2/3 of the test will concentrate on the material since the second midterm (chapters 13 and 19-24).
1/3 of the test will be cumulative, covering all the material.
What to study?
The final will be held on Wednesday May 9 from 8:00 to 10:30 AM, in ESS 001.
You are allowed to bring in one sheet of paper, no larger than 8 1/2 x 11", containing any information you want. You may write on both sides of the sheet. You may not use any other materials, such as books or notes.
All material, other than one sheet of notes must be placed on the floor under your seat. This includes all backpacks and jackets. Adjacent seats must be kept clear if possible.
All electronic devices are prohibited. You may not use a calculator.
All cell phones must be turned OFF and put away. If you must know the time, bring a watch.
No hats with bills are allowed.
No sunglasses are allowed, unless specifically permitted by the instructor.
We will use alternate seating. The table at the right rear of ESS 001 will not be used.
No one will be permitted to leave the exam room for any reason before 8:45 AM.
No one will be allowed to begin the exam after the first person leaves.
No one will be allowed to leave the exam room and return.
Please bring a picture ID.
